Please complete this Cupcake Registration Form to enter the Cupcakes for Cures 2nd Annual Asheville Cupcake Competition. Multiple cupcakes can be entered for an individual baker using this form. By completing this form you pledge that you are over the age of 18 or have consent of your parent or guardian to enter this competition.
